ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist2 years agoA. your child might be having cavities. please visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get a proper clinical examination done. they will tell you the treatment. please avoid sticky food and night feed. do not give junk food. start brushing using a grain size of kifs age appropriate fluoridated toothpaste
