Q.

Hello doctor my son Adithya don't talk any with me .but,he tells 12345 letters and abcd and sings lightly rhymes.we shout Adithya his not respond didn't come.any rhymes sound listen even small volume he runaway fastly to see the rhymes..I mostly talking with him,his only listening but not at all speaking our thelugu language... plzzzz troll me what I do.

A. hi dear.. if your child didn't understand your language.. he is not communicate his needs with you.. then please consult nurologist and childcare intervention.. your child have some probelm.. may be he/she have delaye development or he is ADSD/autistic because my child also have autism

A. we need to evaluate the baby neurological For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .
