hello doctor my son 56days old. going motion day by day and going for gas bombs lightly is it any symptoms to anything or just is it normal. few of elders saying that use goodwords for digestion and for gas relief.

A. Hi It is completely normal please do not give any gripe water to the child because it has its own side effects like diarrhoea lose motion vomiting there will be a lot of things associated is the worst thing to be given to the child
