Q.

hello doctor my son 20 months old he poops daily 2times looking like watery consistency nd some bad odour how to reduce it

A. Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite . supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along with that probiotic can be given like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose . Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterihal infection . for this doctor guihdance is necessary .

A. See It seems like your child is suffering with a stomach infection which is why your child is having diarrhoea consistency and also you are saying that your child is having a very foul smell in the motion to get a stool test done to have a clarity on this
