hello doctor my son 20 days old having kind of small prickles... but I have doubt about that is alergy or anything else... please tell me suggestion after tell me photo

A. hello most of the skin problem look similar but the causes of it can be different so make sure to use mild and gentle baby skin care products which is made of natural ingredients and chemical free and paraben free like Babyhug pro care of products which can help
