hello doctor, my son 2.4 yr old ,from yesterday morning onwards he doing vomitings (3 as of now) his activity everything normal, food intake slightly less, what I need to do now please suggest some food

Don’t give food to the child in the morning just give milk to the child I think that would be a better option for you sometimes kids are unable to digest the food that you gave already in the morning and they vomit so just give milk with some cookies or something which would be light for the child to digest
