NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy2 years agoA. hello this can be orAl thrush or some infection and it would be better to check with your doctor and this can also be mouth ulcer if it is a small one but if it is more then it is better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
