Hello doctor, my son 10 month age is suffering from wet cough,runny nose,and light fever. iam using cefixime 50mg,azee100,maxtra p syrups using last 3days.these medicine is sufficient or any other medicine suggested

Cough and cold medicine is given according to the requirement and examination so do not give any medicine without medical consultation.
sometimes given without consultation coughing medicine can aggravate the problem.
you can go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger Honey combination which can be diluted with water and given frequently to the child.
also you can give turmeric with milk one or two times everyday. give warm water to drink as well as nasal saline drops frequently.
avoid giving cold water and cold food or ice cream. try to prevent temperature variations around the child that is from hot to cold and cold to hot environment
