hello doctor my self visha my son is two years old but he is not talking a single word why n also he is having lots of saliva please tell me when his saliva is going to stop

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. hello mommy it may be due to teetg eruption therefore baby is having so much saliva this be normal as teeth will erupt . no need to worry for that .
