Hello Doctor, My niece is getting fever at nights n getting normal in the morning. she'll complete an year by this Saturday. what's the reason for this fever doctor? my sister is really worried about the baby please help 🙏

A. if the baby is having fever for more than 3 to 4 days even didn't night times also we had to evaluate the baby better to get blood test also
