hello doctor, my newborn is 3 months old recently we started formula milk unfortunately for past 5 days she is getting loose motion in green colour with curd structure are visible in that is this normal shall I continue with formula milk or need to stop we are worried about this please help me out

if tge stool is watery , green, foul smelling n passing more often than it is preferabke to consult ur doctor.
