Hello doctor, My nephew is 10 months old and his teeths are coming from the gums also giving him pain due to which he is not eating and drinking properly. so is there any recommendations of medicine or syrup for the same.

A. you can massage his gums with the moist cotton cloth few times in a day and give silicon teachers to chew on them make sure whatever the child puts in the mouth is always clean in case of severe pain and irritability you can occasionally give syrup paracetamol
