hello doctor my name is pravallika and i am in 3rd trimester my hemoglobin percentage is 55% so what should I do to increase my hemoglobin percentage

A. Best and tested merhod 1. Have bottle guard juice- Grate bottle guard and sqeeze the water. You can mix that water in curd but just keep in mind ,not to boil it. 2. Have handful leaves of mint , coriander, curry, tulsi and wheat grass ( if you can arrange). Blend it in the mixer and mix it in curd or lassi. It will help you HB level to increase.

A. thank you doctor for your advice recently my gynaecologist suggested iron injection and I have taken two injection is this enough or is there any more required

A. yes you can take iron injections and And also it is advisable for the to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for some investigations also depending on the need o k

A. as to improve your hemoglobin level you can take dates or dates syrup or pomegranate or pomegranate juice or boil some kishmish in a cup of milk till it is half and then filter and have the milk
