A. Hello Mum, There is no need to worry if your child is healthy and active. To make your child gain weight, ensure your child get the right nutrition for their growing age. Try nutrition dense foods to aid in weight gain. Some recipes you can try are nuts ladoo, seeds, peanut Chikki, makhana, Dal chilla or cutlets, Ragi porridge, vegetable paratha, fruit milkshake etc Hope this helps!

A. An average 4-year-old weighs about 40 pounds and is about 40 inches tall. Preschoolers are still developing and refining their gross motor skills (using their arms and legs to move and play), as well as their fine motor skills (working on arts and crafts and puzzles).
