A. Once your baby is fully established on solid food, the minimum amount of formula she should have is between 500ml and 600ml a day until she is a year old. Formula milk is better suited for babies up to 12 months of age than cow's milk. It is fine to use small amounts of cow's milk in cooking from six months onwards.Best in Spray Dried formula: Nestle LACTOGEN 2 Follow Up Formula Powder. ...Best with benefits of DHA: Enfamil A+ Stage 2 Follow Up Formula. ...Best with Goodness of Vitamins: Nestle Nan Excella Pro 2 Follow-Up Formula Powder.Follow-on formula should never be fed to babies under 6 months old. Research shows that switching to follow-on formula at 6 months has no benefits for your baby. Your baby can continue to have first infant formula as their main drink until they are 1 year old.
