Hello Doctor, My girl is very active, she is sleeping but no long. Will it cause any health issue? And iam continuing mother feed, is it good or not??

If The child is sleeping for minimum 12 hours in a day including day and night sleep then that is good enough need not worry about that at all and anyways it is not going to affect your child’s health at all your child is sleeping or some duration and if your child is taking a good nap during that time is good enough
