Give her whole cow's milk and milk products like ghee in small amounts can be added to her meals, curd, butter, home made paneer and cheese. Give soy milk, almond milk, almond butter and peanut butter. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, peanuts, cashews, almonds and raisins. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give lentils like moong Dal and urad Dal. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give one boiled egg per day. Give ragi.
