hello Doctor my friend baby is 1 month old spitting up milk from mouth and nose ...whatz is reason is this normal ?

To combat discomfort caused by gases in the babies you need to burp them properly post every feeding session, give few minutes of tummy time regularly to release out the gases. You can also give gastica drops or Himalaya bonnisan drops

always burp after feed
don't immediately put the baby on bed after feed
maintain gap between feeds
give small feeds
