Hello Doctor my daughter was recently diagnosed with dengue and again after 12days from recovering she is still constantly having fever I’have taken her to hospital but doctor says its just because of low immunity and she is still very weakened is there any reason to worry

Zincovit supplement you should give as of now for at least 3 to 6 months along with that also I’m going to recommend you that you should give every day milk to the child twice in a day at two teaspoons of dry fruit powder which you can make at home with a pinch of black pepper and turmeric into that that is going to be helpful and healthy immunity avoid junk and sugary foods as long as you can that’s the biggest enemy to the brain and immunity
