A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please apply neem oil or giloy water on baby’s thumb. You can put mittens on kids hands. Also you can massage baby hair with coconut oil and use lice comb to take out lice. It is not advisable to use any chemical based shampoo at this age. Thanks and take care
