hello doctor my daughter is suffering with fever as we are using paracetamol 6 ml and antibiotic 2.5 ml from 1 day she is not normal. minimum of 99°F temp is there on her.. Is that ok can we continue for one more day ok take her to doctor once again

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the fidrrst line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
