hello doctor, my daughter is one year one month old she is having green colour discharge from vagina and I have seen worms too even her poop is sticky and runny she is not eating properly is this a serious problem. please help

A. Green discharge most often indicates an infection. Bacterial vaginosis, an infection caused by a disruption in your vaginal bacteria, can cause yellow or green discharge along with itching and pain during urination.
