Q.

hello Doctor. my daughter is now 2 yrs 10 months completed., last week she had cold nd cough nd fever. we visited to pediatrician, he gave ascoril for cough sincerest plus for fever nd monocef antibiotic., I gave these medicines to my daughter. she was ok but since yesterday again she is suffering with cold., runny nose, pls suggest medicine doctor

A. Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability chould be a feature of viral yinfection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
