hello doctor, my daughter is 9 months old and i am giving her Nan pro formula milk, khichdi, curd, bnana and mango .My concern is that what kind of milk should I give her from now, ok r should i continue Nan Pro formula milk?

A. Hello mom you can either continue with formula milk or you may also use plant source milk as well like coconut milk , soya milk etc . Though cows milk can be given in form of curds , panner , in cooked form such as kheer etc
