it happens because of many reasons like low intake of fluids , poor hygiene ,usage of diapers etc
so please prefer loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child
keep that area clean but do not use soap or Soapy water to clean this part
use Luke warm water only
keep your child well hydrated
give vitamin C Rich diet more
maintain good hygiene
