Hello doctor,My daughter is 6 yrs completed,but hight not growing.pls suggest.

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day.. if parents are short stature.. then height increase at a slower pace.. still physical activity may help

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children5 years agoA. hello Mom first of all height is hereditary but still you need to give healthy and nutritional diet which meet all the requirements of the growing child and you can make your child join physical activities like swimming badminton volleyball all these sports will help to grow the height
