Q.

Hello Doctor, my daughter is 6 years old. She started speaking only after the age of 3. Her speech has improved a lot now, but she still has some pronunciation and tongue-twisting issues with certain words. She is able to say the words, but not clearly or correctly sometimes. Could you please suggest if this needs evaluation or speech therapy?

A. The pronunciations can get cleared over the period so I am just going to recommend you currently that you should regular with your kids and slowly change the speech and pronunciation will get better
