hello doctor , my daughter is 4month old n c get her nose blocked...which drop eill b better for her..

Recommended saline nasal drops:
1. Nasoclear (or similar saline nasal drops)
2. Little Noses (Saline nasal spray)
3. Sterimar (Saline nasal spray)
How to use:
Step 1: Lie your baby on their back with their head slightly tilted.
Step 2: Place 1-2 drops of saline solution in each nostril.
Step 3: Wait a few minutes to allow the saline to loosen the mucus.
Step 4: Gently use a bulb syringe or nasal aspirator to clear the mucus from your baby's nose (if necessary).
Additional tips:
Use a humidifier in your baby’s room to keep the air moist and reduce nasal congestion.
Keep your baby’s head elevated slightly during sleep (but always make sure it is a safe sleeping position).
If the nasal congestion persists or is associated with other symptoms (like fever or trouble breathing), it’s best to consult your pediatrician.
