Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. she will be fine just give the below diet diet during loose motion should be very simple diet you can give rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk puffed rice poha upma daliya lime water rice water dal water idli dosa. you can give only three fruits that is apple banana and pomegranate. avoid any other sugars because that can cause both vomiting and diarrhoea. you cannot give milk and dairy products except curd and buttermilk. do not give biscuits maida ice cream chocolate chips cake packet foods oily spicy tea coffee soda. you cannot give salads uncooked raw foods juice glucon d sugar juice. you cannot give cerelac because that also contain milk. the whole importance of the diet is that you have to give only easily digestible food and heavy food has to be avoided
