hello doctor, my daughter is 3 years old she has some stomach infection from last 7 days , but the medication has done , but still she did vomiting every night, what should be the reason or anything serious. Please suggest

A. gastritis kindly continue the medicine given by your doctor and take a follow up after 3 days of starting medicine. follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue tthe same medicines or there will be changed in the medicines .
