hello doctor, my daughter is 3 years and 4 months old now, just wanted to check on the quantity of dry fruits which I can give her daily. Also is it good to give her egg daily and what should be number of eggs to be given daily

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom yes eggs and dry fruits and nuts can be given on a daily basis , so you can give about 1 to 2 eggs per day if he is acceptable and able to digest well .
Dry fruits and nuts need to be introduced one at a time first to check for any kind of allergy you an give 5 to 6
