hello Doctor, My daughter is 25 months old. Eats and drinks properly. But still becoming weak. A few months ago she was quite plump. But now she is becoming very weak. Then what should we do? So that she becomes like before again. And what to give for food. which is healthy for her. Please provide me a diet chart for her.

A. As they grow due to increased activities they wil shed weight. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are eheakthy.
