Hello doctor my daughter is 20months old and have 8 teeth 4 up and 4 down but their is no sign of further teething from past 2months. should I be concerned for the same?

A. Hi its okay kids sometimes show slow eruption of milk teeth. maximum upto the age of 3- 3.5 years complete set of 20 milk teeth erupts so dont worry and wait
