hello doctor my daughter is 2 years old she is having fever and cold since 2days & also she had a neck lump backside of the year for 4days doctor suggested paracetamol and relent+ for my baby and I am giving it but today I found another lump but she doesn't have any pain is it normal

A. this is because of the lymph nodes baby is having if it is painful needs proper medication otherwise no need to worry you may consult for a doctor once again for proper advice
