Q.

hello doctor...my daughter is 2 year 1 week old...her weight is 10.6 kg.. her diet detail: morning 1 mug milk with 1 small pudla. mid morning half banana. lunch 1 medium bowl dal n 1 bowl rice and 1 roti , tomato and onion salad small bowl.. sleeping time 3 to 5 pm . after sleep 1 small mug milk and wheat flour Puree 1 bowl.. dinner at 9 pm - 1 bowl khichdi and small mug milk. sleeping time 12 o'clock what to do for her weight gaining...?

A. Hello dear parent, if your baby is eating all these well, then your baby is well fed and well hydrated. Do not worry about weight gain. She should be active. Give her full cream milk as banana shake chikoo shake strawberry shake etc they are all healthy and filling and helps in weight gain.
