hello doctor, my daughter is 2.8 years old , Last week she is suffered by loose motion and mild fever 37 c and I consult doctor and recovered in 2 days but after 5 days again she got fever for one day now fever gone but she have cold and I am giving zrycold for two'days is that ok ?
