Hello Doctor My daughter is 2.5 months old and she is not talking. She is saying alphabets and numbers from 1 to 10 but not saying any words. Is that a normal development???????

A. If Your child is learning well and speaking whatever your child is not learning but not talking to you then you want to get it checked with your doctor because sometimes it could be a little bit of delay in speech so please get it checked once
