Q.

Hello doctor, My daughter is 17months old. Till now she is on formula feed..By the end of the month she turn 18months old, so i would like to give her cow milk or buffalo milk. Which milk is good cow milk or buffalo milk? How to offer like should I dilute it with water or shall i give directly

A. Buffaloes milk I feel is much better yes you have to dilute the mail by adding about 20% of water into that but take two things into consideration if you’re not introduced feeding bottle then don’t go for that instead go for straw cups or glasses use more of recipes of fruit milkshake and smoothies for the child
