Vritika AroraMom of a 5 yr 2 m old child4 years agoA. yes definitely egg is a complete food in itself. you can give one full egg to the baby. it is a good weight gain foods as well. offer boiled eggs scrumled egg or omelet prepared at home. take care and all the best.
