hello doctor, my daughter is 13 months old and she has occasionally pus cell in urine and Diagnosed with UTI for the 2nd time within 10 months. So sonography and MCU test is needed or UTI can be treated with antibiotics? please help me regarding this M very Worried.

A. our Pediatrition suggested Urine culture and they gave my daughter antibiotics for 8 days but that antibiotics are mentioned in To resistance column. and after 10 days she has fever again. so her medication was correct or not?

A. if your child is having recurrent UTI infection a proper examination is required and a sonography is also required to rule out the cause and proper antibiotic course should be given to consult your doctor once
