Hello Doctor. My daughter is 11 months old but she is underweight. She is active enough according to her age, but pls suggest me for some weight gain tips.

A. Hello For 2eight gain, add caloric dense foods like ghee, almonds, walnuts cashews dates banana chickoo peanuts til seeds, coconut, egg, avocado, banana,anjeer to child's recipes. make sure to avoid biscuits, chocolate, sugar laden drinks bread.
