Hello doctor.. my daughter is 10months 8days old from yesterday evening she has fever her temperature is 99.6°F but at morning she has no fever is this normal can I give her medicine or should I take her to doctor

It s due to hyperdynamic circulation and is normal. fever is said if baby s temperature is above or 99.5 farenheit. Then needs medicines to treat.
