Hello doctor, my daughter is 1 year old she is body is too hot since yesterday day after give paracetamol drops then body is cool. But night she' s body too hot and she is not playing since yesterday.

A. hello hive paracetamol when fever is more than 100 deg F and give plenty of water and fluids of fever persistent more that 3 days then review once for same
