Q.

Hello Doctor, My daughter is 1.7 months old. My mother is having covid positive and she is sick from past 1 week. I'm having symptoms like cough and cold. Mild fever and loss of taste and smell. How can I avoid spreading to my child.I'm scared. Kindly advice. Thanks

A. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then its very good as breastmilk contain lots of antibodies that build baby immunity and protects from all viral infections. use masks and sanitisers. start medications as soon as possible for rapid recovery

A. Hello dear parent, either you also isolate yorswf. And let any other member who is not covid positive should handle the child. Or just consult with your doctor who is guiding you with your medicines for covid. He may direct you with good suggestions for your child as well.
