Q.

Hello doctor My daughter had a fever, vomiting and tremor. we went to the hospital twice yesterday. she was fine only yesterday morning and last night after injection. Again today she has fever , shivering and crying.. what is the problem doctor pls reply..

A. Fever is commonly seen in babies and mostly it's viral infection which is very common in children. But if fever is high grade and persisting or assosiated with specific symptoms than other causes should also be ruled out . Antipyretic like paracetamol or ibuprofen or mefenafmic acid are usually given to reduce fever . Cold sponging with lukewarm water is also helpful . Doctor consultfation should be done if symptoms like excessive irritability dullness loss of appetite less urine output is there .

See then you should get a blood test done for your child maybe your child is suffering with viral fever or something because this weight would be very difficult to give you any guidance to go ahead with the proper test to figure out what could possibly be the issue associatedWrite Your Answer Here
