Q.

hello doctor my daughter adya is 13.8 kg for last one year. There is no support for me in raising her. She is feeling weak. She was 3.2 kg when born. I tried lot of varieties of foods but she is always sad. Either because of my and hubby z conflicts or lack of love from her grandparents. We are UK return couple. We have been in India, Bangalore for last 3 years. She is now 3+years. My concern is how do I feed her fat oriented foods and make her chubby from lean. In laws are deliberately troubling. My mother is unable to connect to my daughter since Adya speaks only English but understand kannada. Presently the diet is under nutrition. Can you please help me with a healthy mind and healthy food. thanks

A. start some appetizers and iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child otherwise . .

A. Hi parent if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet
