Hello doctor my dady is closed to 6 months old, now we are worried about to what kind of neutrician that we feed her. pls suggest the food other than milk and how we will give to her

no need to worry at
continue breastfeeding, give home based kitchen feeds
introduce with rice dal water
gradually give other foods like rice dal blends, ragi rawa pech, mashed potatoes, fruit puree, mashed bananas
avoid salt and sugar till 1 hear of age
