Hello Doctor, my child is of 15 months old. he is suffering from fever since 3 days and motions. his stool is in dark green color. cough and cold since last night. using lotemp syrup 0.8ml every 5 hrs for fever and electrolyte powder for motions. we're giving homemade cerelac twice a day as a part of food. I'm very much worried about the present condition. need ur valuable suggestions doctor. thank u.
