hello doctor my child is having cough and troubles him mainly when he sleeps and alex medicine is not doing amything plz reccomend some home remedy or medicine

Since your child is more than the age of one I would recommend you to give ginger juice with honey with a pinch of black pepper into that and if you add Tulsi so this is going to be really very good combination to be given so you can give it three or four times in the day to your child along with the medication that you are giving hopefully this is going to help in reducing the problem that is there
