hello doctor my child is 7yrs old .. but not even a single teeth has broken till now.. what to do . is it normal?

A. hello yes it is normal and now on anytime the child can fall of teeth and absolutely nothing to worry just monitor if there is no eruption of other teeth or also check if the teeth is shaking and any concern you can check with the pediatric dentist
